Icon Hotel - Luton (Bedfordshire)

The friendly staff and the stylish setting make this place a great choice, with modern rooms equipped with new amenities including tea-making facilities and en-suite bathrooms.

The bed was excellent, very comfortable. The hotel itself very modern and recently refurbished. Nice light in the rooms. Excellent breakfast with a wide variety including cooked meals like pancakes or full english breakfast. Staff very friendly. Location quite close to the airport and train station (taxi for around GBP6-8)

There was no hot water in the afternoon (it was hardly warm), but it got back to normal in the evening. My TV was off due to 'network problem' for the whole day. In the evening I decided to reset the device by myself unplugging it and it worked.

The location is central.

This venue is unique and has dedicated staff who provide exceptional customer service, I have stayed here before and would choose to stay again in the future.

Great desing, beatutiful rooms and lobby, attetion to detail. Room was just fantastic and very comfortable. Room was perfectly clean! I was suprised how nice and clean was inside. Staff was very helpful, professional and nice. I had to take my Mom to the hospitl and the staff was very helpul and understading. Thanks! Overall, I was very satisified.

There was no hot water one early morning, why? Also, there was no one at the reception the same day early morning when I was in a hurry to check out.

The setting was perfect, not far from the shopping centre and train station and a short taxi journey from the airport. We found nice Cafe Shimla nearby with hot beverages. Very very good breakfast with cooked-to-order creamy scrambled eggs was available.

The property is perfectly clean. the breakfast is gorgeous and reasonably priced. the rooms are well-organized with extremely comfy beds. the hotel has a great and absolutely perfect location in a cab to Luton airport. the presence of a lounge area and Netflix is always a plus.

It was quiet

Terrible smell of air freshener in the room to which I have an allergy but I could not find it. Awful cheesy music playing too loudly in the Restaurant despite my asking for it to be turned down. No shower curtain or door on shower

good but too small room.there was no place to turn around in the room.the drininking water was charged 2.50 pounds a 350 or 500 ML bottle. this is the most expensive water I ever had in my life. there was no place to keep your clothes and no writing table. it was not worth for 123 pounds a night. one night stay it is ok but 4 or 5 night stay it is not a place recomended.

The front office staff was extremly very good and they make you feel at home. the English breakfast was excellant. my best wishes to front office staff Virginia and Michel.

The staff here are really kind and helpful, the location is great, and the room is beautifully decorated with a cozy bed and all necessary amenities.

The breakfast was delightful, the staff were friendly, and the room had a unique, pleasant design that we really enjoyed, all at a reasonable price in a well-kept environment.

The location is close to Luton dowtown, but the location itself is not very nice, very close to a main road and not especially a nice area of the city. Aside this the shower was not clean and the water boiler was very dirty (inside).

The room I stayed in was spacious and had a nice bathroom, as well as a tea setup.

The room is to small, parking is a problem, Breakfast is limited.
